ProVelo Super League Appoints Chain Reaction as Official Charity Partner.
ProVelo Super League (PSL) is proud to announce Chain Reaction as the Official Charity partner . This partnership with Chain Reaction aligns perfectly with PSL’s values, as both organisations share a commitment to community support, collaboration for the greater good, and a passion for cycling and its benefits.
Chain Reaction was founded in 2007 by Berrick Wilson after his newborn daughter suffered a brain haemorrhage at two days old. Grateful for the exceptional care she received, Berrick realised more could be done for sick children in Australia's major cities. After his daughter's full recovery, he launched Chain Reaction to support kids in need and their families.
Since its inception in 2007, Chain Reaction has raised over $43 million for its children’s charity partners. Driven by recognising its responsibility to the wider community, Chain Reaction believes in the power of collective action to make a meaningful impact on the lives of sick children and the charities that support them. Their mission is to raise vital funds for children's charities through the organisation of challenging cycling events.
“This partnership is exciting for the Chain Reaction community,” said Tim Chadd, General Manager of Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation. “Not only do we share a passion for cycling, but PSL’s innovative approach to sport aligns with our mission to challenge and inspire Australia’s business community to raise money for children’s charities.”
Matt Wilson, PSL Co-Founder added “PSL is proud to partner with Chain Reaction and looks forward to supporting them and helping contribute to their notable legacy. Chain Reaction is an amazing organisation underpinned by authentic and passionate individuals. The PSL is thrilled to announce this partnership and we look forward to creating new initiatives together that inspire and create opportunities for children's charities and aspiring cyclists alike.”
