Riding as part of a team, building camaraderie and shared goals, visions and ambitions cannot be underestimated as it builds a more rounded athlete with skills for now and in the future.
The McLardy McShane BOMAD women have all raced with and against each other for many years, including together in Europe. They know each other and understand one another's strengths, providing a solid base for a team environment.

What does the future hold?
McLardy McShane BOMAD hope that after a successful ProVelo Super League for the team and the league itself, we would like to grow our following and sponsorship base to enable an even more supportive experience for our riders in the future. We look forward to playing a small role in developing women’s elite racing in Australia.
For our riders, McLardy McShane BOMAD would love to see this pave the way to further their racing careers in cycling and hopefully provide them with a base and experience that they can take with them overseas, whether that be Europe or Asia. A number of girls have plans to head back to Europe this year!
