Falcons Racing is one of only two Western Australian teams competing in the Elite Road National Championships and Provelo Super League (PSL), representing the pinnacle of road cycling in Australia. Our team is built on a foundation of community, mentorship, and high performance, blending experienced elite riders with emerging talent. We are committed to creating a pathway for young West Australian cyclists to reach the highest levels of the sport, both nationally and internationally.
Our Purpose
To empower and develop the next generation of West Australian cyclists by Providing opportunities for young riders to compete at the elite level of Australian domestic racing. Facilitating mentorship and collaboration between senior and emerging athletes. Building a sustainable talent pathway to represent Perth, WA, and Australia at major events, including the 2032 Olympics.
Being recognised as a leader in athlete development through strong culture, consistent results, and a holistic approach. Creating a sustainable support network — community, financial, and professional — that enables elite cyclists to thrive. Inspiring and engaging the wider community, strengthening grassroots participation and fostering a sense of belonging through cycling.
Our Values
Development – We foster the growth of young West Australian cyclists through racing experience, coaching, and meaningful support, while actively reducing financial, geographical, and other barriers to participation.
Mentorship – Emerging riders are paired with experienced athletes, creating real opportunities for learning, collaboration, and guidance both on and off the bike.
Community – Rooted in the south side cycling community, Falcons Racing lives by “one in, all in.” No rider stands alone, and lifelong relationships are built beyond racing.
Performance – We race hard and aim high at the top domestic and international levels, balancing ambition with an inclusive, down-to-earth team culture. Proudly representing Perth, WA, and Australia, with eyes on the 2032 Olympics.
