Team Brennan

Sustainability Personal Growth Community

The RCA core values are focused around 'sustainability' in coaching and athletes training, 'personal growth' and 'community'. We saw an opportunity for personal growth within our small RCA team and local riders at this high level of racing. Firstly growth for our coaching staff who showed interest in supporting our riders in a new adventure. Secondly for the riders themselves (some are RCA staff as well) to showcase who they are and build a strong team based around our core values. At the RCA, our 'community' of athletes is one of most valuable assets. We wanted to share our values via the racing team to the wider cycling community worldwide and also grow our community within.

About Team Brennan p/b TP32

Founded by Tim Decker, the National Track Endurance Coach who recently guided the Australian Team Pursuit squad to a Gold Medal at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, the team will feature a roster of skilled riders. The athletes will compete as Team Brennan, and race on Cervelo S5 bikes.

With the new PSL series beginning in 2025 after the Olympics, we had a vision of creating a pathway for athletes and staff on the road from U19/U23/Elite, bringing in great structures, processes and high performing culture. and have developed from a PVL team to now a Conti level team for 2026.

Facilitating growth and improvement of young athletes into competitive professionals
