Team Brennan p/b TP32 pathway focuses on a proven structure implemented for many years by Olympic Gold medal coach Tim Decker. Leadership, Team Work and development are the key foundations to understanding what success looks like in the present and the future. Creating a team where athletes develop the understanding for high performance is one of many key components in Team Brennan.

About Team Brennan p/b TP32

Founded by Tim Decker, the National Track Endurance Coach who recently guided the Australian Team Pursuit squad to a Gold Medal at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, the team will feature a roster of skilled riders. The athletes will compete as Team Brennan, and race on Cervelo S5 bikes.

The Pro Velo Cycling League is an important milestone for Australian road cycling, and this team’s participation brings an exciting new dynamic to the competition. The team is preparing for a strong showing in the 2025 season and looks forward to contributing to the growth of Australian cycling.

Helping athletes and staff reach their full potential

With a focus on developing talent and a home Olympics in 2032, the team serves as a springboard for young riders for their future goals across disciplines of Road/Track/MTB/CX and Gravel. This extends to staff, at Team Brennan we are also looking to develop staff in roles of DS, Mechanics and Carers.
