We saw an opportunity for personal growth within our small RCA team and among local riders competing at this high level of racing.

First, growth for our coaching staff, who were eager to support our riders on a new adventure. Second, growth for the riders themselves—some of whom are also RCA staff—giving them a chance to showcase who they are and build a strong team grounded in our core values.

At RCA, our community of athletes is one of our most valuable assets. Through our racing team, we aim to share these values with the wider cycling community worldwide while also strengthening the community within our own ranks.
