Billigence Returns to the Hertz ProVelo Super League for a Third Consecutive Season!

PSL Co-Founder Aaron Flanagan, points to the consistency of the backing, Billigence has supported the league's vision from day one, and three seasons in, Jana and her team continue to stand behind a category of riders that is genuinely flourishing.

The value of that pathway was emphasised only weeks ago, when Connor Wright, the 2026 Billigence U19 Champion, signed with Tudor Pro Cycling's Development Team for 2027.

The Western Australian, who races for South West Cycling Club, took the Billigence U19 classification in a season that also delivered the Australian Junior National Time Trial title, overall victory at the UCI Junior Nations Cup in Slovakia, and six wins from seven starts on the mountain bike, including all three rounds of the UCI MTB XCO Junior Series. He has since been selected for the Australian team at the UCI Junior Road World Championships in Montreal. Wright had raced two seasons in the PSL before stepping up in 2026, a progression from domestic start lines to a WorldTour development programme in the space of three years. Connor is one of several.

For the league, that is the whole point. PSL gives Australia's emerging riders a reason to stay in the sport, a visible next step, a competitive standard, and a stage that international teams are watching.

Billigence was founded in Sydney in 2009 with the aim of changing how organisations work with data. It has since grown to ten offices in Sydney, Prague, London, New York, California, Frankfurt, Singapore, Bangalore, Stockholm, Warsaw and Wellington, and has worked with more than 200 clients on data strategy, governance, cloud migration and AI readiness.

The cycling connection is not new. The company runs Prague Orbit, an annual 80km charity ride bringing together staff, clients and partners, and sponsors the Triathlon NSW and Triathlon ACT teams. Internally, it makes a point of taking on juniors and pairing them with senior practitioners on live client work.

That is the through-line between the business and the sponsorship, talent is rarely the constraint, and access usually is. A structured route with visible next steps is what converts ability into a career, in data and in racing alike.
