What began on local roads has turned into something much bigger. In just one season, riders from the ProVelo Super League are making their mark on the world stage, and the results speak for themselves.
Riders who started the year on home soil chasing stage wins, GC jerseys, and personal breakthroughs in the ProVelo Super League are now lining up against the world’s best. And they’re not just keeping up.
They’re winning stages. Signing pro contracts. Wearing the green and gold. They’re showing the world exactly what Australian talent looks like.
Tour de l’Avenir Bound! PSL Riders Step Onto the World Stage
When Jack Ward launched his final attack in the Q Tour Queen’s Stage, he didn’t just claim the PSL overall - he signalled what was coming next. Now signed to Lidl-Trek’s U23 squad and set to race the Tour de l’Avenir, Jack represents exactly what the PSL was designed for: a pathway to the world stage.
And he’s not alone.
Fellow PSL alumni Zac Marriage, Julian Baudry, Alyssa Polites, Talia Appleton, and Alli Anderson have also been named in Australia’s Tour de l’Avenir squads - a huge achievement and a testament to the level of talent rising through PSL ranks.

From fighting it out in U19 bunch sprints to being named in the Australian team for the 2025 UCI Junior Road World Championships, these young riders are on their way to Kigali, Rwanda to wear the green and gold.

Sophie Marr’s Five Stage Wins. One Contract. Endless Potential.
From the opening round to the final climb, Marr was a force in the 2025 PSL women’s league, claiming five stage wins and the overall title. Her performances didn’t just dominate the domestic scene - they sent a message far beyond it.
Marr’s standout season earned her a professional contract with Liv AlUla-Jayco for 2026, giving her a direct pathway into the international peloton and the opportunity to race among the world’s best.
It’s one thing to win at home, it’s another to turn that success into a career. Marr’s done both. And she’s only just getting started.

PSL Standout Zac Marriage Signs Stagiaire Contract with Israel Premier Tech
With a dominant time trial win and a gutsy ride on the Queen’s Stage, Zac Marriage pushed PSL champion Jack Ward all the way, finishing just 21 points shy of the overall title and taking home the Q Tour crown.
Now, the U23 national time trial champ has signed a stagiaire contract with Israel Premier Tech, with a full ProTeam promotion set for 2026.
