Appletons teammate Sophie Marr sprinted to a commanding stage win ahead of Odette Lynch (Butterfields Ziptrak), and in the SumUp Men's League, Team Brennan controlled the race with Jack Ward gaining crucial bonus seconds to take a four-second GC lead over Ronan Teese, as Blake Agnoletto capitalised on a well-timed sprint to claim victory over Graeme Frislie (CCACHE BODYWRAP), setting up a thrilling road race showdown at The Bend Motorsport Park.
