Brad Hall is the Team Director of the Cycling Development Foundation, leading both the men's and women's teams. 

CDF is first and foremost an athlete development program, with racing as a platform to showcase their process-driven approach. Their focus is on execution, preparation, and training, instilling values that extend beyond competition. Athlete autonomy is at the heart of their philosophy, ensuring each rider has the freedom to grow within the sport. 

Brad values the high-level racing that PSL provides, and we’re grateful to him and CDF for their support of the inaugural 2025 season!
